I know what it's like to feel like nothing is working.

I was there just a few years ago....

For the past 4 years, I spent my time digging in to how to transform my body into it's peak physical fitness.

Movement has always been my outlet — the way I stay sane, energized, and connected to myself. 

In my 20s, staying fit was easy. I could watch Grey's Anatomy on the elliptical, take a kick-boxing class, or go for a hike and look & feel great.

But then I hit my 30s and everything changed.

I started working out harder, eating less, and trying every diet I could find — Atkins, vegetarian, hours of cardio, endless strength training — and still, nothing worked. I was exhausted, hungry and frustrated, wondering why my body was fighting me.

Then a friend introduced me to the FASTer Way, and I was skeptical. She had just had a baby, looked incredible, and swore I didn’t need hours at the gym to see results. She told me to trust the process — so I did.

Four years later, I’m stronger, leaner, and more balanced than ever. The FASTer Way taught me how to actually fuel my body — how to balance carbs, fats, and protein (hello, macros!) to support my hormones, metabolism, and energy. I even used the program through my fertility journey, pregnancy, and postpartum — saying goodbye to the baby weight in three months! Woohoo!

It’s my mission to help other women stop feeling broken and start feeling strong again.
